Gives +1.33 sanity per minute while worn (this only applies to mario). Crafted under the Dress tab with 1 poop and 2 red caps.
Starves 20% faster than your standard character. Spawns with three craftable items that may only be made by him: his hat, a toaster, and mushroom powder.
