Heaven's Will (AoE 40 Light dmg + Blind, 42s, 2 CD).Blow of Forgiveness (50 Light dmg + Self NER, 36s, 1 CD).Angel Blessing / Gracious Hook (Blessing for Self 30% Heal + Precision + Underworld Dwellers Hater, 38s, 1 CD) / (Hook for 40 Light dmg + Self Life Regeneration, 30s, 0 CD).Recommended Moveset Rip & Tear: Holy Mix Version Only damaging skills are Light, meaning he is weak against other Light monsteres.Good negative effects in Blind and Minor Blind.Good self-support in NER, Heals, Stamina Restore, Life Regeneration and Damage Boosting effects.Add that to the fact that there are tons of monsters with Blind Immunity, and you have the realization that Arch Duke's severly outclassed by many, many Attackers, and as a result should never be used. His Trait and Speed are terrible, and let's not even get started with his SC.

All of his damaging skills are Light, making him weak against his own element. His Hater is really situational because he's not always facing Underworld Dwellers. And that's it for everything good about him. He has access to NER and has useful Relic Slots and Power stat. He can also put Barbatos Rex and Lord Inheritor on life support because of his Underworld Dweller Hater and Light skills. He has high single target damage, Blind and loads of self-sustain. Arch Duke is a bad Light Attacker with a high damage output, Underworld Dwellers Hater and Blind skills with nothing too crazy about him.
